Business Development Associate

PHI Corporation is hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow client relationships and support business development for our services.

Work arrangement

Full-time | Hybrid | Metro Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, send and track proposals using approved terms.

• Qualify leads, build relationships, negotiate, close deals and coordinate project handovers.

• Research markets and create approved lead-generation content.

• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, forecasts and weekly plans.

• Secure pricing and exception approvals, and align technical, project and finance teams.

• Build repeat business within approved services and capacity.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field.

• At least one year of relevant sales or business development experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience in regulated services is also an advantage.

• Ability to coordinate prospecting, proposals, follow-up and handover with limited support; consultative selling and basic commercial analysis skills.

• Clear writing and disciplined use of CRM, office tools and approved materials; ability to protect confidential client information.
