Position Overview
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and marketing enquiries.
- Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
