We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Associate to support our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outreach, referrals, or networking efforts.
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Franchise & Brand Promotion
- Lead discussions and consultations related to brand franchising opportunities.
- Present the companys products, services, and value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective franchise partners.
- Negotiate agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to align business development strategies with broader company objectives.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Track business development activities using CRM tools or internal tracking systems.
- Prepare regular reports on client engagement, revenue potential, and campaign outcomes.
- Event Preparation & Participation
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for promotional and business events.
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business goals and team success.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to process improvements where needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in pitching ideas and negotiating deals.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus.
