Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and research
• Schedule meetings for the Sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support marketing campaigns and events
• Assist with sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Manage customer journey data and CRM automation

Qualification

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or phone sales
• Experience with CRM or sales software
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
• Background in the IT services industry is a plus
