Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive data-backed decision-making and support strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation who can translate complex data into actionable commercial insights, especially in fast-moving and innovation-driven environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Analyzes usage, revenue and network data to identify growth opportunities

•Develops commercial models and financial projections for strategic initiatives

•Spearheads data analytics by building and managing dashboards to monitor business performance

•Assists in the development of commercial terms and partnership frameworks for strategic deals

•Identifies operational bottlenecks and creates systems to improve efficiency

•Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related technical-business field

2–3 years of experience in a startup, consultancy, or analytical/commercial role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

•Experience in tech, renewable energy, or EV infrastructure is an advantage

•Proficient in advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel / Google Sheets)

•Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

•Strong mathematical and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical data and business objectives

•High curiosity for emerging technologies, market trends, and commercial innovation
