Scope of Responsibilities
A. Market Development
- Gather and synthesize market data for potential technology solutions.
- Support marketing programs to strengthen corporate image, activate the brand, and retain customers.
- Assist in promotional events such as conventions, conferences, and product roadshows.
B. Sales
- Implement direct marketing campaigns (digital, events, and other initiatives).
- Deliver sales and technical presentations to convert leads.
- Maintain customer communication on product availability and order status.
C. Customer Relations
- Build and maintain a client database.
- Sustain strong relationships with existing clients and reactivate dormant ones.
- Handle customer queries promptly and resolve product/service issues.
D. Sales Documentation
- Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and generate purchase requests.
- Facilitate client accreditation requirements.
- File and manage sales documents systematically; submit required reports.
E. Content Management
- Create and publish marketing collaterals and creative posts.
- Monitor and report social media performance metrics.
F. Corporate Planning & Deliverables Monitoring
- Participate in strategic and operational planning.
- Prepare and present reports on plan development, status, and assessment.
Provide regular data-driven reports on sales, marketing, and lead generation activities (e.g., sales funnel, conversion rates, KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Educational Attainment- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
- Proven experience ( 3 years) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development of Technology and Digital Services.
