Business Development Assistant (Lead Generation & KOL Outreach)

Role Focus: Front-end Sourcing, Ice-breaking, and Direct Lead Handover
【Key Responsibilities】
- Global Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and scout cryptocurrency-related KOLs, community leaders, and market analysts globally using platforms like Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Initial Outreach (Ice-breaking): Execute high-frequency outreach via DMs, emails, and community engagement. Present our basic exchange value proposition and warm up the contact.
- Intent Confirmation: Filter leads based on quality and engagement. Successfully confirm whether the KOL is interested in a partnership and gather their preliminary requirements.
- Direct Reporting & Handover: You need organize qualified KOL data into structured lists (Google Sheets/Excel) and directly report/hand them over to your assigned Senior BD for immediate follow-up.
- Communication Tracking: Maintain a clear, manual log of your daily outreach and responses to ensure your direct supervisor has full visibility into the pipeline and to prevent any overlap in contact.
【Requirements】
- Sales & Outreach Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is required. Prior experience in the Finance or Internet/Tech industries is highly preferred. Cryptocurrency experience is not mandatory, but you must be a fast learner.
- Language Skills: English is our primary working language. You must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in writing and speaking.
- Plus: Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.) is a major advantage for regional scouting.
- Execution & Volume: High resilience and a can-do attitude. You are comfortable handling 100+ new outreaches daily and are not deterred by high rejection rates.
- Data Skills: You should be an expert at using Google Sheets/Excel to present data clearly and concisely for your Senior BD.
- Technical Sourcing: Strong information retrieval skills. Experience with web scraping tools or automated search workflows to find hidden contact info is a significant plus.
- Result-Oriented: You are driven by the number of warm leads you successfully pass to the negotiation team
