Job Description

The Business Development Assistant will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategies to drive growth for Robinsons Logistix and Industrials, Inc. This role involves coordination with internal teams and assisting in the development of strategic partnerships.

  • Assists in identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Supports the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Maintains and updates client databases, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Assists in organizing meetings, events, and client visits to strengthen business relationships.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
