Business Development Assistant

At Privacy and Security by Design, we are committed to helping organizations strengthen their compliance and safeguard information through innovative privacy and security solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Assistant who will support our growth by creating compelling content, marketing assets, and public-facing materials that showcase our brand and services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, IT or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

- Experience in creating digital content, social media posts, and marketing materials.

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities 

- Design engaging graphics, presentations, and other marketing/public materials for campaigns, events, and client communications.

- Support business development efforts through the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and promotional content.

- Assist in managing and curating content for social media and other digital platforms.

- Conduct light research to support business development initiatives.

- Provide administrative support when needed for business development projects.

- Provide support in organizing events, webinars, or client workshops.

- Help track and organize leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate client meetings, events, and team activities.
