GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess relevant educational qualifications, professional experience, and technical competencies appropriate to their preferred positions.

Professional licenses, industry-recognized certifications, manufacturer training, and demonstrated experience in comparable projects will be considered in accordance with the requirements of each position.

REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Indicating educational background, employment history, technical competencies, professional certifications, and relevant project experience.
2. College Diploma and/or Transcript of Records (TOR) – To establish the required educational qualifications.
3. Certificates of Employment (COE) – Indicating employment dates, positions held, and relevant duties or responsibilities.
4. Professional Licenses / PRC Identification Cards – For positions requiring professional registration or licensure.
5. Relevant Technical and Professional Certifications – Such as PMP, PRINCE2, ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA, CompTIA, virtualization certifications, or equivalent credentials, as applicable to the position.
6. Manufacturer or Vendor Training Certificates – For specialized ICT infrastructure, networking, audiovisual, security, and systems integration roles, where applicable.
7. Certificates of Completed Projects / Project References – Supporting relevant experience in comparable projects, including the applicant's specific role and responsibilities.
8. DOLE Safety Training / Accreditation Certificates – Including BOSH, COSH, or applicable Safety Officer qualifications for safety-related positions.
9. Statement of Availability – Indicating current employment status, earliest possible engagement date, and willingness to undertake project-based or on-site assignments.
10. Relevant Technical Portfolio or Work Samples (if applicable) – Such as system architecture documents, software development portfolios, project implementation reports, technical documentation, or security assessment experience, subject to confidentiality restrictions.

Documents that are not immediately available may be identified during initial application. Complete supporting credentials may be required during subsequent qualification verification.
