Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-potential locations for new OOH assets (billboards, digital displays) to increase regional market presence.
- Spearhead the end-to-end site acquisition process, from initial scouting to lease negotiation and contract finalization.
- Develop and execute expansion roadmaps for Cebu and Davao that focus on visibility, traffic count, and long-term asset viability.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
- Present comprehensive reports to management regarding site performance, expansion progress, and the health of regional partnerships
- Lead the regional team in achieving operational milestones while adhering to company standards of excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Joint Venture (JV) partners, property owners, and government agencies to ensure long-term site stability and operational access.
- Lead negotiations for lease terms and contract renewals to optimize organizational interests and maintain strong corporate relations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to align on site management and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate site specifications and availability for client proposal support.
- Represent the company in all business dealings to foster a positive corporate image and maintain professional brand positioning.
- Model core company values and cultivate a work environment where team members consistently align with and uphold these principles.
- Foster collaborative relationships with other departments to achieve mutual business goals and ensure seamless site operations
- Oversee the end-to-end processing and renewal of Local Government Unit (LGU), electrical, and building permits to ensure all sites remain compliant with regional zoning laws and national advertising regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for government relations, staying informed of evolving outdoor advertising ordinances to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage and secure all legal, safety, and operational documentation for regional assets to minimize business exposure.
- Implement process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve regional profitability.
- Identify and mitigate operational challenges and business risks through proactive performance monitoring.
- Evaluate monthly reports on stakeholder inquiries and grievances to determine necessary follow-up actions and long-term resolutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in digital and transit advertising, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Drive performance of site and business development teams by monitoring and guiding their activities.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and accountabilities using tools such as performance development plans.
- Identify team training and equipment needs and ensure appropriate resources are provided.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Identify staffing needs and ensure the team is adequately resourced to meet objectives.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Educational Background & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- MBA is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, and leadership roles.
- Experience in advertising, media, or out-of-home industry is an advantage.
- Experience in managing LGU relations and permitting is an advantage.
