About the Company
Across multiple locations in Makati, BGC, and Alabang, we run private offices, coworking floors, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and event spaces built around one simple idea: work should feel less like a chore and more like a community you want to show up for. We've spent years learning what makes a space click: the coffee, the events, the front-desk face that knows your name, the deal that closes because two members happened to meet in the pantry. Now we're looking for someone to help more of the right people find us.
Why Join the Company:
- You'll sell something you can stand in. You'll walk prospects through real spaces, real communities, and real outcomes; and close deals you can literally point to.
- Ownership, not busywork. This isn't a role where you wait for leads to land in your inbox. You'll own the pipeline end to end, from generation, to first touch, to signed contract. You'll see the direct impact of your work on the business.
- Sales and marketing, under one roof. You'll build and help run campaigns, then chase down the leads they generate. This is a rare chance to learn both sides of the growth engine.
- A front-row seat to Manila's startup scene. Our members are founders, creatives, and scale-ups. You'll be plugged into the ecosystem, not watching it from the outside.
- Room to grow. We're small enough that great work gets noticed and rewarded fast. No waiting years for someone above you to move first.
What You'll Do
Find new leads – and figure out where to find more. Reach out to prospects throughcalls, networking, walk-ins, referrals, and online channels. Just as important: work outwhich strategies bring in the best leads, and double down on what works.
- Sell the space. Give tours, run presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals that close. Your job is to turn interested visitors into paying members.
- Run marketing that brings people in. Plan and execute campaigns (social media, online ads, community events, partnerships) that get the company in front of the freelancers, startups, and teams who'd love it here.
- Build relationships that last. Stay close to members and partners so they renew, upgrade, and refer their friends. A lot of our best business comes from people who already know us.
- Watch the market. Keep an eye on competitors, pricing, and what clients are asking for, and use that to spot new opportunities.
- Track your pipeline. Keep leads and deals organized in the CRM, and give management a clear weekly update on what's coming in and what's closing.
- Work with the team. Coordinate with operations and community staff so every new client gets onboarded smoothly and has a great experience.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or something close. 2-3 years in business development, sales, or marketing. Ideally somewhere you had a target and hit it.
- A real track record in lead generation and closing. Tell us the numbers.
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that make people say yes.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Suite, and CRM tools. You keep your pipeline organized, not on sticky notes.
Bonus Points
- You've worked in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or another people-first industry.
- You already know Metro Manila's IT-BPM, startup, freelancer, or SME community.
- You're as comfortable running a marketing campaign as you are working a room.
Who Thrives Here
- You're a self-starter who'd rather build the playbook than wait for one.
- You like people, you like closing, and you get a genuine kick out of watching a space you helped fill come alive.
- You're organized enough to keep a pipeline honest and creative enough to make a brand people remember If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
