Business Development and Innovation Officer

The position is primarily responsible for providing support to the department head in establishing and managing strategic alliances. The position is also responsible for driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and achieving strategic objectives through effective partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Helps in identifying potential strategic partners that can support bank's business goals and objectives.
• Supports during negotiation of partnership agreements with potential partners
• Assist the department head in managing risk associated with partnerships, including legal, financial, and reputation risk.
• Drafts reports to measure the performance of strategic partners.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related four-year course
• At least three (3) years of work-related experience in strategic partnership preferably from a bank or financial institution
• Must have knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and market trend
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
