Role Overview
This is an entry-level business development support role. You will be the engine behind our enterprise sales cycle, focusing on market research, lead generation, and supporting the team in moving deals through the pipeline. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and curious individual who is eager to learn the world of Fintech and Enterprise Sales from the ground up.
You will focus on identifying high-potential enterprise clients, mapping out key stakeholders, and initiating the first touchpoints. As a member of a growing team, you will get hands-on experience across the entire sales stack, from market research to supporting live pitches.
What You'll Do
Support the full sales cycle by assisting with lead generation, prospecting, and initial outreach for enterprise accounts
Conduct market research, identify potential target companies in focus industries (e.g., BPO, logistics, tech, manufacturing, services, large MNCs), and build lists of prospects
Assist in creating tailored sales decks, proposals, and commercial case studies
Define and refine target segments aligned with Paywatch's focus industries
Identify and qualify potential leads, champions, and key contacts within target accounts
Support the planning and execution of industry networking events and webinars to build brand presence.
Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations and regional teams to ensure smooth client experience
Track progress against team targets and contribute to reporting on pipeline health and market opportunities
Maintain strong account intelligence and market awareness
Who You Are
0-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, business development, market research, or a client-facing role
Internship or entry-level experience in B2B environments, fintech, HR tech, SaaS, financial services, or related industries is a plus
Strong interest in selling to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders (e.g., CHRO, CFO, HR leaders)
Experience selling into BPO, logistics, tech, manufacturing, service industries or large MNCs is a strong advantage
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable operating independently, takes full ownership of targets, and collaborates effectively within a team
Strong presentation and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
