Business Development Analyst

MaxiHealth is expanding its clinic network, and we're looking for a strategic, numbers-driven professional to help shape our growth. In this role, you'll work on new clinics, partnerships, and healthcare investments that directly impact how more Filipinos access quality care.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key strategic partner by:

• Analyze business performance and market trends to guide growth opportunities
• Build financial models and business cases for new clinics, services, and partnerships
• Lead projects such as expansions, joint ventures, or new healthcare programs
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus)

Experience / Knowledge:

• 2 years experience in business analysis, planning, or development (healthcare a plus)
• Strong financial modeling, strategy, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

• Business acumen and the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and detail oriented
