KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial & Revenue Analytics
- Analyze sales performance by SKU, brand, customer, and region
- Monitor pricing, margins, and product profitability
- Identify fast/slow-moving and high-growth products
- Provide actionable insights to management
Business Opportunity Development
- Identify market gaps and expansion opportunities
- Support new product launches and supplier strategies
- Contribute to demand forecasting and growth planning
Strategic Planning Support
- Build models for sales forecasting, inventory, and import planning
- Prepare reports for supplier meetings and business reviews
Performance Tracking & Dashboards
- Develop dashboards for product performance, sales targets, and ROI
- Track key metrics across teams and campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations
- Support strategic and special projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Experience:
- 24 years in business analytics, strategy, finance, or commercial roles
- Background in distribution, FMCG, or automotive is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical internships may apply
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (required)
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
