Job Description

Persona is where the world's best companies and the world's best talent meet.

We place exceptional people from 98 countries into full-time, long-term remote roles with the most ambitious companies on earth. Fortune 500 enterprises, fast-growing startups backed by Sequoia, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, and high-performing companies of every size in between. Project management, operations, finance, design, marketing, customer success, and more. One person, one dedicated client, built to last.

The bar is the highest in the industry. More than 200,000 people apply every month, and fewer than 1 in 2,000 are accepted. If you make it, you join a network of people who have cleared a standard most companies couldn't recruit for on their own, and you get the kind of role that's almost impossible to find on your own: industry-leading pay set against your experience and skill, real career growth, and a stable seat at a serious company, working from home, anywhere in the world.

Persona was founded in 2018 by two Stanford graduates on a simple idea: talent is everywhere, but the systems that connect talent to opportunity are broken. We're rebuilding them, and we've grown into one of the fastest-growing companies in the global talent industry doing it.

We hire people who care about the craft of their work, take ownership without being asked, and want to build a career rather than just hold a job. If that's you, we'd like to meet you.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to support enterprise partnerships, proposals, and pre-sales operations. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, account coordination, and business operations, with a strong emphasis on developing high-quality, executive-ready, client-facing materials. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership to translate conversations with Fortune 500 partners into structured proposals, pilot programs, and long-term commercial agreements. Strong writing, document structuring, and basic financial modeling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft clear, structured, client-ready proposals, presentations, and partnership materials from scratch
  • Translate technical and business inputs into polished, executive-level documents
  • Build project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and basic financial models to support proposals
  • Customize materials for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 organizations
  • Continuously improve proposal templates, processes, and overall quality
  • Support day-to-day management of enterprise customer and partner relationships
  • Draft follow-ups, meeting summaries, and next-step communications
  • Track partnership progress across multiple accounts; expand existing relationships through follow-on proposals and pilots
  • Coordinate NDAs, pilot agreements, and commercial contracts
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across proposals, pilots, and partnerships
  • Prepare structured briefs and materials for leadership ahead of external meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience working with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 organizations preferred
  • Direct experience building proposals, presentations, or client-facing materials for enterprise stakeholders
  • Exceptional writing and document-structuring skills (long-form documents and presentations)
  • Ability to synthesize technical and business information into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Basic financial modeling and budgeting experience to support proposals
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a consulting firm, strategy team, RFP/proposals function, or BD/partnerships team
  • Experience supporting C-level or founder-level executives
  • Familiarity with deal desks, contract review, or commercial agreements

Tools & Technologies

  • Google Docs, Slides, Sheets; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Notion, Asana; DocSend; PandaDoc or DocuSign; HubSpot or Salesforce

Core Competencies

  • Outstanding writer and document structurer
  • Detail-driven and quality-obsessed
  • Comfortable as the operational right hand to the CEO
  • Discreet with confidential commercial information
  • Self-directed across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Work from anywhere permanently
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
  • A fast-paced and collaborative environment
