Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and develop customized proposals aligned with client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales; background in BPO, staffing, IT services, or outsourcing is highly preferred.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and forecasting.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international or global clients.
- Solid understanding of outsourcing, staffing, or service-based sales models.
- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent business acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented selling approach
Working Condition: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (WFH with at least 12 days onsite). Office location is Makati, with a night shift schedule.
