Business Deposits Associate

Overview:

We're looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Deposits Associate who will help shape and grow Maya's business deposits portfolio. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy solving business problems, working with data, and collaborating with teams across product, marketing, finance, and partnerships.

What you will do:

• Support the execution of strategies that drive growth in business deposits, revenue, and customer acquisition
• Work closely with relationship managers, partnerships, and marketing teams to achieve business goals
• Assist in identifying business opportunities through market research, data analysis, and performance monitoring
• Help prepare business cases and strategic recommendations to support new initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to enhance customer experience and strengthen business processes
• Support partnership initiatives and programs that expand customer adoption and engagement
• Monitor business performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis
• Assist in governance and compliance-related activities, including process documentation and policy updates
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments
• Participate in the testing and improvement of operational processes, systems, and reporting solutions
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Commercial Partnerships to drive business growth

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and business performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus
• Internship, academic, leadership, or project experience involving strategy, analytics, research, consulting, or business planning is an advantage
