About Our Client

A company in the industrial/manufacturing sector located in Batangas.

Job Description

  • Drives the annual operating plan process including forecast
  • Financial analysis and management reporting of P&L (direct material consumption, efficiency, scrap, production order related
  • Evaluation and reporting of plant KPIs
  • Inventory management in Workshop, excess and obsolete reports per Stihl guideline
  • Expense and investment budget control including approval process
  • Controls and policy formulation related to cost, inventory, capital expenditure/fixed assets, operational issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controlling Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
