The Business Continuity Specialist / Officer is responsible for the implementation of ISO 22301 to all SM Supermalls and the analysis of its effectiveness to protect the company's revenue streams and profitability.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Continuity Management System
- Prepare and update the reports, manuals, guidelines, policies and procedures for BCMS and Enterprise Risk Management
- Review the Mall's BCMS documents e.g. Context of the organization, Legal and Regulatory Requirements, Business Impact Analysis etc. following ISO 22301 standards and company policies
- Test the feasibility of the mall's Business Continuity Plans and provide feedback through Performance Evaluation Reports
- Test the mall's capabilities in: coordinating and communicating the required support from relevant stakeholders; executing agreed business continuity arrangements with key partners and service contractors based on the Business Continuity Plan
- Assist during the high-level Management Training of malls that are lined up for BCMS certification.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- With at least 3 years in strategic planning and implementation of ISO standard
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Certified Industrial Engineer or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
- Required skills: communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management
- Familiar with ISO framework e.g. documentation, business impact analysis, risk assessment, etc. proficient in MS Office
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
