At Afni Philippines, we're looking for a
Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Director to develop strategies that protect our employees, operations, and clients from unexpected crises. If you have a
passion for risk management, crisis leadership, and operational resilience, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain
BCP policies, standards, and recovery plans to align with industry regulations.
Conduct
risk assessments & Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business functions.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute effective
disaster recovery strategies.
Organize
BCP testing, drills, and training sessions to strengthen response capabilities.
Serve as the
primary crisis response leader during disruptions.
Monitor compliance with
BCP regulations and improve policies as needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management.
- Proven experience leading a BCP program in a large-scale organization.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement cross-functional risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication & decision-making skills to navigate high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree required; industry certifications (CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301) a plus
