Business & Content Associate

(Marketing & Business | Remote | Part-time)

We are looking for a Business & Content Associate to support our Innoinsure team in Spain.

A marketing-focused role supporting our English-market growth. You'll take part in marketing content planning and may occasionally record video content for campaigns, while directly communicating with and guiding our clients. Over time, you'll learn insurance product knowledge and gradually take on sales-related work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Content

• Participate in planning and producing marketing content across social platforms
• May be asked to record video content to support campaigns (not a livestreaming role)

2. Insurance & Sales Growth Track

• Learn insurance product knowledge over time
• Gradually take on client-facing and sales-related responsibilities as skills develop

Requirements

• Native or near native English Level (C1+)
• Comfortable being recorded for marketing videos when needed
• Willing to use AI tools to improve content and work efficiency
• Excellent verbal communication with a talent for explaining things clearly
• Open to learning insurance industry knowledge over time

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Insurance or financial services background
