Job Description
- Rotational assignments - Category Management, Workplace Design & Fit-Out, Supply Chain Transformation, and ESG.
- Participate in strategic consultancy projects to drive business growth.
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the design and execution of business development initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consultancies; real estate exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the business services industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
