Business Central Developer

Qualifications:

-       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

-       Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, ERP development, or business application development.

-       At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development using AL.

-       Strong experience in developing Business Central extensions, custom tables, pages, reports, codeunits, validations, workflows, and system enhancements.

-       Experience with Business Central APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party system integrations.

-       Experience integrating Business Central with ERPNext or other ERP/business platforms is highly preferred.

-       Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

-       Knowledge of finance, procurement, purchasing, billing, inventory, fixed assets, and accounting-related ERP processes.

-       Experience with Azure Storage, SharePoint, and cloud-based document or attachment management is an advantage.

-       Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, VB.NET, HTML/CSS, VBA, or Excel Macros.

-       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

-       Ability to manage end-to-end development tasks from requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

We are looking for a skilled Business Central Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. The role will focus on AL development, ERP integrations, automation, cloud storage optimization, and business process enhancements. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to customize Business Central, integrate it with external platforms, automate finance and procurement workflows, and improve system performance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include developing Business Central extensions, creating API and webhook integrations, automating Fixed Asset and General Journal processes, integrating Business Central with ERPNext or other systems, managing SharePoint and Azure Storage attachment workflows, implementing procurement and CAPEX validation rules, and supporting Power Automate-based alerts and workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in AL programming, Business Central APIs, ERP integrations, Power Platform, Azure Storage, SharePoint, Python scripting, and business process automation. Experience with finance, procurement, billing, inventory, and fixed asset processes is highly preferred.
