WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....The position is mainly responsible for ensuring that Business Center is able to work with all stakeholders and effectively provide support to in branch channel in handling policy referrals and pending requirements on New Business and Customers After-Sales Transaction. Business Center also works with other departments on company's projects/strategic initiatives that will help improve sales support related processes.
  • Provides immediate support to sales for new business applications like working with all stakeholders on the pending requirements, making sure that all endorsements for prioritization during the month-end cut off will be processed and issued, and processing the cancellation of policy without payment on record within the agreed turn around time.
  • Provides necessary support to sales for aftersales transactions such as end-to-end customer servicing functions, assessment of requirements in accordance with process and guidelines, First Call Resolution (FCR) and non-FCR processing, within service standards and prescribed limits of authority, to customer/bank follow-up up to transaction completion.
  • Coordinates with other business units to ensure resolution of escalated cases raised by sales. At the same time, communicates clearly with sales the completion of pending requirements to complete processing of the transaction.
  • Cascade to sales team Ops and other sales support related communications that will help them execute their day to day transactions and ensure their compliance with the agreed requirements and handling.
  • Prepare and conduct a presentation to their assigned division during general assembly and division meeting to cascade important updates, reports, and other items.
  • Assist other departments in cascading production related reports that will help them improve their sales productivity and persistency.
  • Helps the business center manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support and improve sales support processes.
  • Works with the Process and Systems team in documenting the process, establishing the system requirements, or initiating projects when necessary.
  • Proactively execute roles on campaign initiatives and process workstreams in collaboration with other departments, as well as provide support on any sales-related activity or program (reinstatement campaign, sales awards, etc.).
  • Provide support on requisition and procurements of goods and services as needed, such as travel-related sales requests for hotel and flight reservations with a partner travel agency and support on liquidation of corporate expenses incurred by the sales leaders.
  • Creates quick guides and FAQs for sales reference in their day-to-day transactions.
  • Ensure that all tasks are handled in accordance with company policy and procedures.
