Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

The Senior Expert, Business Capability Analyst supports the product delivery process by

bridging business intent and technical execution within assigned workstreams. Working

under the guidance of the Program Delivery &

Execution Head, the role refines product requirements into clear functional specifications

that technology teams can build against.

This is a role for someone who is thorough and dependable in getting requirements right —

asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

within their scope of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Requirements & Documentation

• Review and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and experience journeys

produced by the Product team for assigned workstreams

• Define acceptance criteria and business rules for each requirement

• Perform requirement analysis and help articulate problem statements to support

solution design

• Identify ambiguities, edge cases, and missing logic and raise these for resolution before

they become delivery problems

• Develop and maintain accurate functional documentation, standards, and procedures

throughout the delivery lifecycle

II. Delivery & Execution

• Support end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with internal teams and technology

partners within assigned scope

• Contribute to simplification and standardization of architectures and solutions as

directed

• Adhere consistently to defined processes, procedures, and governance standards

• Participate in convergence and migration projects as assigned

• Identify and flag opportunities for process improvement to the immediate team and

stakeholders

III. Collaboration & Alignment

• Participate in joint refinement sessions with Architects to help validate that functional

requirements are complete and solutionable

• Work with stakeholders to clarify and align on requirements, escalating sign-off

decisions to the immediate team and stakeholders (when needed), engages stakeholders to

sign off

• Engage with vendor partners on requirement understanding for assigned scope

• Communicate requirements, progress, and risks clearly to the immediate team and

stakeholders

IV. Strategy & Roadmap

Contribute domain-based inputs to product enhancement roadmaps and technology

evolution discussions

Job Qualifications :

I. Work Experience:

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.

Experience working

in cross-functional delivery teams alongside Product, Tech, and Architecture. Exposure to

third-party vendors

or system integrators is an advantage.

II. Level of Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Telco domain (Prepaid, Postpaid, B2B, Digital Channels, customer

lifecycle).

Familiarity with HLD/LLD documentation. Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience

preferred.

III. Education:

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
