Business Assurance Manager (Audit)

The Business Line Manager Business Assurance is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company by promoting and delivering audit, certification, and assurance services to clients. This role combines strong technical audit expertise with business development capabilities to expand the company's portfolio of ISO certification and compliance services.

The role also oversees the operational delivery of audits while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, maintaining service quality, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 58 years of experience in auditing, or business assurance services.
• Proven experience in business development or sales of audit and certification services.
• Experience managing teams or leading audit programs.
• Strong understanding of ISO management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
