Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to optimize operations. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality and automate workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability and performance. - Excellent understanding of release management and version control in packaged application environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
