Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of operations. Your typical day will involve capturing high-level requirements and defining business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial analysis and risk management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
