Job Description
Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and ensure successful implementation of strategic projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - Strong understanding of insurance business processes and their integration with technology solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that support operational efficiency. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology strategies. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success. - Skilled in developing business cases and supporting change management activities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
