Summary-SAP EMEA-S/4HANA-SI-I1-Agrolimen As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these into effective business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with different teams to support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects. The role is dynamic and involves continuous engagement with business and technology functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning and control processes within process industries. - Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with SAP systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Familiarity with process optimization and operational efficiency techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
