Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: (R1422123) As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather high-level requirements and translating these into effective business solutions. The position also includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with technology solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies to recommend improvements. - Support the development and communication of business cases to justify proposed changes. - Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM-IM-PI Physical Inventory WM, English Language. - Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices within enterprise resource planning systems. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technology-enabled solutions. - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive business and technology integration. - Familiarity with change management concepts and supporting organizational transformation efforts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
