Job Description

1. Lead complex business analysis projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

2. Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications

3. Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop: a. BRS/Functional specs b. Work breakdown and timelines in alignment

5. Manage and prioritize multiple BRS/Functional specs simultaneously.

6. Provide business analysis and quality assurance support to development and testing teams during build, testing and implementation phases. a. RTM maintenance b. Data mapping support/Build support c. Clarification Log/Issue log/Risk log/Change log

7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.

8. Create presentations, collaborate and present to key stakeholders (may include stakeholders in senior positions (e.g., directors))

9. Plan, create, execute and manage system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes. a. Prepare test plans and define SIT/UAT scenarios aligned with approved requirements. b. Create detailed test cases, test scripts and test data mapped to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). c. Execute and document SIT, functional, integration, regression and UAT-related tests. d. Support defect triage, retesting, status tracking and reporting. e. Facilitate go/no-go recommendations and secure testing/UAT sign-off.
