To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Team in acquiring properties.
To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
To manage the property and raw land offers database.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
