To manage the entire project development life cyclefrom land assessment, acquisition, planning, business conceptualization, permitting, house construction, and turnover to the Homeowners Association (HOA).
To collaborate with the project team (engineering, planning, legal and technical services, sales, and marketing) to meet financial, sales, and project targets.
To assess the feasibility and secure properties that will be developed into residential projects, which involves close coordination with the internal (project team) and external clients (agents/brokers, government offices and agencies).
Qualifications:
With at least 5 years of Business and/or Project Development experience, preferably in a real estate company
With at least 2 years managerial or 3 years Officership experience
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Economics/Accountancy, or any business-related course
