Business Analytics Manager

Role: Manager- Business Analytics- Individual Contribution Role (US Healthcare)

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Hyderabad (work from office)

Responsibilities-

1. Oversee analytics for the full revenue cycle: patient access, billing, coding, and collections.
2. Drive performance improvement through data insights and process optimization.
3. Collaborate with leadership across finance, operations, and compliance.
4. Develop and manage dashboards tracking KPIs like A/R days, denial rates, and net collections.
5. Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and payer policies.

Desired Experience-

1. Proven experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management AR follow up Hospital and
2. Physician.
3. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
4. Expertise in Excel and SQL.
5. Deep understanding of payer reimbursement, coding standards, and compliance.
