- Problem structuring and analysis. Framing complex problems in a structured way, recommending actions based on analysis results and business priorities

- Continuously monitor commercial performance and propose data-driven action plans.

- Translate business objectives into actionable plans, connecting commercial targets, profitability and operational efficiency.

- Support new business initiatives through robust analysis, modeling, and strategic insights.

- Ensure that the analytics team delivers assertive data, high-quality, impactful outputs to the organization.

- Map, review and redesign commercial and campaign execution cross-functional processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.

- Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives, from ideation to implementation.

- Drive the adoption of automations to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance quality of deliverables.

- Build leadership presentations and actively participate in management meetings

• Desired: basic Phyton, Looker Studio
• Complete Degree
• Advanced English
