Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will harness data from multiple brands, systems, and distribution centers to power analysis, streamline processes, and guide strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone ready to dive into multi-system environments, drive harmonization, and enable data-driven growth

• Evaluate and integrate business processes and systems across multiple brands and acquisitions.

• Craft and optimize SQL queries to pull and analyze data from ERP, ecommerce, and legacy systems.

• Develop advanced reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA/macros), Power BI and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and validate process improvement and system integration requirements.

• Analyze sales trends, pricing, fulfillment, and vendor metrics - providing actionable insights across brands

• Participate in design, testing (including UAT), and implementation of system enhancements.

• Ensure data integrity, clean-ups, and documentation in consolidated environments.

• Present findings and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business/Data analyst in distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or related industries.

• Extensive experience designing dashboards using excel, Power BI or other BI tools.

• Solid experience managing and administering databases like MS Access, MSSQL and MySQL.

• Experience working with programming languages such as C#, Python, and JavaScript.

• Typing speed of at least 50 Words Per Minute (WPM) with a minimum accuracy of 95%.

• Willingness to work in the evening shift (starting from 8:00 PM Manila Time).

• Fiber Internet Connection with minimum speed of 50mbps for both download and upload.

• High-performance PC equipped with HD webcam and a Noise Cancelling Headset.

- Minimum of four (4) physical core processors.

- Minimum clock speed of 2.5 Gigahertz (GHz).

- Minimum of 8GB installed Physical Memory.

- Minimum of 250GB SSD hard drive.

- Windows 10 and above operating system.
