The Role in a Nutshell

We are looking for a Business Analyst to serve as the documentation engine for our reengineering programs.

Our Philosophy: You will NOT document the as-is state. The reference standard is your baseline. You will guide stakeholders through it, find where their reality deviates, and document ONLY those gaps. You capture the exceptions, not the encyclopedia.

This is a high-throughput role. Using AI-enabled tools, you will deliver the output that traditionally took a team of three or four analysts.

What You Will Do

• Master the Standard: Know the reference model inside and out before meeting with stakeholders.
• Run Discovery Sessions: Guide stakeholders through the reference process step-by-step using AI tools. If it fits the standard, move on. If it doesn't, capture the gap in detail.
• Log and Route Gaps: Classify gaps by domain (process, data, application, security, or policy) and maintain a clean, traceable gap register.
• Document the Change: Write clear change-impact summaries, updated task descriptions, and SOPs for the final to-be state.
• Manage Stakeholders: Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and sign-offs to hand over clean, zero-rework data to the domain architects.

What You Do NOT Do

• No Exhaustive Modeling: You do not create massive as-is BPMN charts.
• No Architecture Decisions: You gather the evidence; you do not make the final domain or design decisions.

Team Ownership Map (What You Don't Own) You will support a team of specialists who own the final decisions:

• Business Architect: Owns the reference model, final process design, and ROI judgments.
• Technical Architects (Data, Application, Security): Own the technical rules, system boundaries, and security policies.
• Organizational Change Manager: Owns the communication, training strategy, and stakeholder readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally within consulting or BPR/enterprise transformation environments.
• Fluency in BPMN 2.0, with hands-on experience in AI-enabled BPMN modeling tools (e.g., Patchley for live capture, Just Flow It for async iteration, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in standard-driven gap analysis rather than exhaustive as-is process mapping.
• Working knowledge of CRUD / data-touchpoint capture, and change/delta documentation and SOP writing.
• Comfort leading discovery sessions directly with stakeholders in English and Filipino-English (Taglish).
• Strong written communication — able to produce delta documentation and SOPs non-technical staff can follow.
• Experience operating in hybrid, multi-client consulting environments preferred.
