Business Analyst (Trade)

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Job Summary

Domain expert in Trade Finance responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions within Trade360.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct business requirement workshops with Trade Operations, Relationship Managers, and Compliance teams

· Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle:

o Import/Export Letters of Credit

o Bank Guarantees

o Bills & Collections

o Supply Chain Finance

· Build business process flows (As-Is / To-Be)

· Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), BRDs, and Use Cases

· Collaborate with technology teams for system configuration and enhancements

· Support SIT, UAT, and production validation

· Ensure SWIFT compliance and regulatory alignment (UCP, ISP, URDG rules)
