Job Description

We are hiring experienced Business Analysts with strong Temenos T24 and Banking experience for exciting opportunities based in Singapore. These roles support core banking transformation and migration initiatives across the banking and financial services sector.

Open Positions

Migration Business Analyst (Payments) – TPH Migration BA with Testing experience
Business Analyst (Teller/Card)
Business Analyst (Corporate Actions & Securities)

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and testing teams.
Support system migration, UAT, and requirement validation activities.
Ensure solutions align with banking business processes and operational needs.

Required Skills & Tools

Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking domain.
Hands-on Temenos T24 experience (Mandatory).
Experience writing and specifying business requirements.
Ability to work independently and drive deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Role-Specific Expertise

Payments Migration BA: Experience in payments migration projects and testing/UAT activities.
Teller/Card BA: Strong functional knowledge of Teller and Card banking processes.
Corporate Actions & Securities BA: Experience in Corporate Actions, Securities, and Capital Markets operations.

Preferred Experience

Core Banking transformation or migration programs.
Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
Experience working with global banking stakeholders.

Mandatory: Candidates must have both Temenos T24 and Banking domain experience.
