Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Business Analyst to support operational reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, track business performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain WIP and operational reports, ensuring accurate status, progress, and turnaround information.
• Monitor project and operational health, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps.
• Analyze data and dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Field, Dispatch, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to resolve pending actions and escalations.
• Track Assignment, Activation, Pull-Ahead, and Recovery activities through completion.
• Identify and support data-driven process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings and SteerCo reviews.
• Provide clear business updates, performance insights, risks, and leadership callouts.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, Reporting, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and Google Slides.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive actions aligned with business priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in process improvement, reporting automation, data visualization, or operational transformation.
• Experience supporting Sales, Field Operations, Dispatch, or Order Management processes.
