Qualifications

• At least 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support

• Must have excellent communication and business writing skills

• Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written

• Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops

• Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables

• Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user

stories

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong background in Procurement

- Relevant experience on the following systems:

*Ariba

*SAP Procurement

*Microsoft D365

*Oracle Fusion

*Oracle NetSuite

*SAP Grow

Good-to-have Skills

• Knowledgeable in Agile

• Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage

• Familiarity with Data Mapping Documentation and Integration

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog;

• Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product

backlog

• Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog

• Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders

• Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on

time

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
