Translate client needs into functional/technical specifications

Coordinate and explain to internal developers and testers

Ensure solutions meet client expectations

Drive Solutioning & Prepare SDD (Solution Design Documents)

Create wireframes/prototypes for new features/processes

Strong documentation (SDD, workflows)

Solutioning & functional designing of required solutions

Business process knowledge
