Job Description

Job Functions:

  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Create process flow diagrams to visualize operations and system interactions.
  • Collaborate with development and solutions teams on system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Support project planning, timelines, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track project issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist in post-project reviews and continuous process improvement.
  • Guide and support junior analysts when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 03 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow project timelines.
  • Bonus: experience in software implementation, system integration, or process documentation.
