The BUSINESS ANALYST is responsible for the analysis and translation of business processes into workable systems requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages assigned projects
- Assists in designing systems
- Writes Project Proposals and specifications
- Ensures that all projects are well documented
- Conducts presentation and training to users
- Conducts system and peer testing
- Implements Systems and Projects
- Conducts and Resolves System related problems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or other related course
- At least three (3) years in system analysis or actual business work
- Good command of English and Tagalog languages
- Computer literate (can use at least MS Office and Visio)
- Knowledge in Insurance operation (Life or Non-Life)
- Systems Analysis Skills
- Systems Analysis Tools
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Basic Leadership and Organization Experience
- Technical documentation skills
