Business Analyst (SRS, SIT, UAT Focus)

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and play a key role in driving system analysis, documentation, and testing initiatives.

If you're passionate about understanding system behavior, translating insights into structured requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery through testing and collaboration—this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze existing code and documentation to understand system functionality
• Compile detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to align on system requirements
• Design and execute Test Suites, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Key Responsibilities

System Analysis & Documentation

• Analyze current systems to understand workflows and behavior
• Document clear and structured SRS
• Facilitate workshops with clients to ensure alignment

Testing & Issue Resolution

• Develop and execute test suites based on SRS
• Perform SIT to validate system behavior
• Investigate defects and collaborate with developers for resolution
• Document test results and track issues

UAT Support

• Guide users through UAT execution
• Clarify requirements and system behavior
• Coordinate issue resolution with development teams

Communication & Collaboration

• Clearly present findings and system behavior
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers
• Recommend improvements to enhance system functionality

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Experience in SRS creation and test case development
• Working knowledge of SDLC
• Attention to detail in SIT and UAT execution
• Basic understanding of Java (a plus for system analysis and troubleshooting)
