Business Analyst

Job Summary

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements that support digital services and enterprise technology solutions. Operating as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, this role translates operational requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders, Agile delivery teams, product owners, and vendors to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, adhere to governance standards, and deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in digital services or enterprise IT.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
• Documentation: Skilled in user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and process documentation.
• Tools: Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems.
