The Business Analyst will work as a key liaison with business to gather, analyze, and document
business requirements of numerous business systems. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Project Team to ensure project deadlines are met. Previous experience as a business analyst is required. The ideal candidate will join the Digital Experience team, supporting both business-as usual (BAU) and innovative projects throughout the organization to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Key Functions

- s.Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and aligned with business goal

- e.Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team member
